Support Modern Trade team in daily operations and administration of key account work.- Support Modern Trade team in churning out monthly report for submission.
Support Modern Trade promotion circulation to Operation team in all regions.
- To close all delivery enquiries within 2 working days.
Liaise and coordinate with the team on matters relating to operations, administration, claims, training etc.- Follow through all matters requiring action and meeting deadlines.
Maintain proper and systematic filing system and ensure effective document control for easy access and retrieval.
- Support sales team with daily, weekly and monthly reports, and meeting minutes.
Compilation of audit documents.- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties assigned by the superior.
Manage team attendance.
- Any other duties, as and when necessary.
- REQUIREMENTS (Education, Years of Experience, Skills, Etc)
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Marketing or related Business studies.
- Fresh Grad is welcome to apply.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint.- Excellent communication in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
