Job Description
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, manpower planning, performance management, compensation & benefits, industrial relations and training & development.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives to support the overall business and corporate objectives.
- Ensure HR policies and programs are well administered and implemented effectively according to the established guidelines and budget.
- Provide advice and counsel to Management on HR queries and employee relation matters, including disciplinary/grievance handling.
- Overseeing payroll management, HR and general office administration matters.
- Assist Country HR Manager in talent management process and to ensure the sustainability of the talent pipelines in the organization.
- Support the line managers in Performance Management process and involve in performance review discussion/agenda as and when required.
- Assume lead role for recruitment, on boarding programs and manage exit interview for all employees.
- Coordinate training programs according to the training plan.
- Managing foreign workers/expatriates matters i.e. Issues pertaining to work permit applications, quota, transportation and accommodation.
- Prepare and provide monthly HR analytic reports or any ad-hoc HR reports to Country HR Manager.
- Supervises HR & Admin team.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in HR or any other discipline. At least 3 to 5 years experience as Assistant HR Manager or Senior HR Executive in Malaysia.
