Position Title: Assistant HR ManagerMy client is a leading Japanese MNC specializing in positioning tools for construction and optical instruments for healthcare. . Currently, they are looking for an
Assistant HR Manager to support a full spectrum of Admin & HR functions; including manpower budgeting, organization development, talent management, performance review management and compensation & benefits.
Performs monthly payroll processing and administration
- Planning and implementation of staff training programmes (both internal and external)
Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee database and personnel files- Performing general HR administrative functions such as processing of Work Pass, appointment / confirmation letters, insurance claims if required
Manage all regulatory legislations and communicate with the authorities
- Preparation and submission of monthly reports, survey returns, etc.
Plan and implement events to enhance Employee Engagement- Assist in the managing of HR manpower budgeting & department budget control
Any other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.
Bachelors degree, preferably in Human Resources Management
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Good communications and planning skills- Experience working with a HRIS system, preferably with Workday
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Is motivated and self-driven; able to work well under tight deadline with minimum supervision
Strategic thinking and analytical skills Positive attitude and willing to take on additional responsibilities
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Up to RM8,- 00 per month
Schedule: - Monday to Friday
