Responsibilities:
You are required to perform these job functions:
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets.
- Oversee and provide guidance to area managers to ensure consistent operational standards.
- Coordinate with area managers to address regional operational challenges and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Oversee staff scheduling and ensure optimal workforce allocation.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
- Assist in preparing and managing budgets for F&B operations.
- Monitor financial performance and identify areas for cost reduction.
- Prepare financial reports and analyze operational performance.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating F&B staff.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Support the development and implementation of operational strategies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional activities and events.
- Review and analyze reports from area managers to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B operations management.
- Strong understanding of F&B industry standards and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office and F&B management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
