Product Design and Customization:
- Experience in designing, particularly corporate gifts like branded merchandise, apparel, or promotional items.
Ability to translate client ideas and branding into tangible products.
Print Design Expertise:- Strong understanding of print processes, including color matching, print file preparation, and material selection.
Experience with different printing techniques like screen printing, embroidery, or digital printing.
Branding and Marketing:
- Ability to work closely with clients to ensure their brand identity is reflected in the gifts.
Experience creating designs that align with a company's branding and marketing strategies.
Client Communication:- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, and present design concepts.
Experience in revising designs based on client feedback and managing client expectations.
Project Management:
- Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high quality.
Experience coordinating with suppliers and other departments to ensure the successful production of printed gifts.
