Assistant General Manager, SAP Business Solutions
Our client is a well-known retail chain. In order to support rapid and aggressive expansion, our client is looking for a talented and dynamic professional to join them as the Assistant General Manager, SAP Business Solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the integration of SAP modules and other systems with business processes.
- Develop and execute system and process integration strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of both SAP and non-SAP systems across the organization.
- Lead system integration strategies for SAP (FICO, MM, Warehouse, IS-Retail/CAR) and non-SAP systems.
- Oversee SAP architecture, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Provide technical leadership and drive best practices for integration.
- Manage integration and transition projects, including resources, budget, and timelines.
- Review and approve project deliverables for quality and consistency.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 10+ years in SAP, system integration, and transition management.
- In-depth knowledge of IS-Retail/CAR, MM, FICO, and Warehouse Management modules.
- Proven success in large-scale integration projects and transition management.
- SAP certification and PMP preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in analysis, implementation, and evaluation of IT systems.
- Lead end-to-end SAP integration lifecycle (planning, development, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrades, support).
