The Assistant Finance Manager supports the Finance Manager in overseeing the organization's financial operations. This role involves assisting with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis to ensure the company's financial health and compliance. The Assistant Finance Manager will work closely with various departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks are essential for success in this role.
- Able to handle full sets of accounts including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow Statements, etc
- Responsible for month-end closing activities, stock count, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and provisions assessment.
- Maintain fixed assets register & verification
- Responsible for AR, AP, GL, and daily accounting operations
- Verifies the completeness and accuracy of documentation.
- Liaise with the Auditor, Company Secretary, and Tax Agent.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience in finance or accounting roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
