Job Description

Job Description:
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Provide meaningful insights and recommendations to senior management to support business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the annual budgeting process
  • Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections based on business strategies and market conditions.
Monitor actual performance against budget and forecasts and analyze variances.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
  • 3. Financial Operations and Controls:
Develop and maintain effective financial controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure proper recording of financial transactions and accuracy of financial records.
Oversee the financial closing process.
  • Oversee the company tax and coordinate with external auditor to ensure compliance and timely submission.

Financial Planning and Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of the organization's financial strategies.
  • Assess the financial feasibility of new initiatives and opportunities.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic planning.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance and accounting.
  • 5. To perform any other ad hoc duties
  • Requirement:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or any accounting professional qualifications.
  • At least 5-6 years of working experience in Finance and Accounting position.
Possess strong stakeholder management and commitment.
  • Able to work with tight deadlines.
Experience is SAP will be added advantage.
  • Frequent user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Good command in spoken and written English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
* Performance bonus
