The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of SSC to ensure timely delivery of services in accordance with SLA
- Monitoring the team to ensure the operations comply with internal policies
- Provide clear direction and leadership to the team in line with strategies set by Finance Dept in Hong Kong
- Communicate with different stakeholders
- Recruit and provide training to members of the team
- Translate business needs into system tools to improve efficiency
- Perform ad-hoc assignment as and when required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field 10 - 13 years of relevant experience
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Detail-oriented and analytical
