Report to and work closely with the department team on the progress and activities of daily op erations.
Coordinate purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, and negotiating prices to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Manage the procurement process, from raising purchase orders to tracking deliveries and resolving any discrepancies or delays.
Handle shipment arrangements for imported goods, including customs clearance, freight forwarding, and delivery coordination.
Collaterals Management- manage stock inventory.
Maintain timely project schedules and all relevant documentation and information
Carry out administrative tasks such as data input, data measurement, processing information, completing paperwork, and filing documents perform any other ad-hoc administrative tasks when needed
Job Requirements
Required candidate with good Mandarin, English & Bahasa speaking, reading and writing
Have a least 1 year of Working experience in administrative roles, with knowledge of general office procedures and software applications.
Minimum possess SPM or Diploma holder
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
