- Production on line support regarding on system issue/Incident reported
Production on line support regarding on hardware failure
- Implementation and configuration regarding system
Installation of hardware with organized- Communicate within team member, user, and supplier
Issue/Incident logging
- Prepare Report issue/Incident
Provide training to user regarding system- Provide improvement plan regarding user request/system performance related issue
Perform any other ad-hoc duty/task assigned by Superior
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical
Minimum 1 years experience in quality is required.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
