Assistant Engineer (Civil/Structural Engineering) | Precast Concrete Manufacturer

Assist engineer to supervise overall production process, from initial stage until final completion stage.

• Workers task assignment and coordination.

Supervise overall production process to produce good quality of finished goods.

Productions checking on criteria below before proceed casting:
Checking on moulds cleanliness.
Ensure mould oil applied properly after cleaning. No excessive mould oil allowed.
Dimensions checking after RCM prepared the moulds.
Inspect moulds condition. Coordinate with RCM to repair dented moulds.
Checking on CITs position.
Ensure side forms secured properly by bolt& but / tie rod before order concrete.
Checking & ensure sufficient concretes spacing.

• Monitor quality of received concrete.

Concrete ordering must according to volume stated in drawing , fine tune ordered volume to avoid over- ordering.

• Ensure proper operating of equipment and the availability of adequate construction materials, equipment, and tools at production floor.

Coordinate with maintenance team to ensure all facilities, machineries in good condition.

• Compile & submit daily reports and time sheets.

Conduct toolbox briefing daily basis.

• Instill discipline among workers by monitoring attendance, working attitude etc.

Provide on job training to team.

• Ensure safe & clean working environment by implement housekeeping.

Any other job function assigned, and new responsibilities as may be added as and when necessary, from time to time.

• Requirements:

Preferably male with Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.

Experienced in precast concrete management.

Willing to work in shift and when required (eg. weekend, public holiday, night shift).

Initiative and able to work with minimal supervision.

Possess basis English & computer skill.

Candidates must be motivated and looking forward to a long career.

Immediate start or in 1 month time.
