Assistant Distributor Sales Manager

Responsibilities
- Manage and develop existing business by supporting the Distributors through market visits, identifying potential customers and helping them develop volumes.
- Develop business plan and sales strategy for attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Develop existing distributor to achieve the target given by closely working with them.
- Develop new distributors in uncovered markets to expand coverage and improve the business.
- Analyze the Sales & Operations of existing distributors and take corrective actions to develop business.
- Initiate action plans and strategies and work with marketing team for implementation (local campaigns, promotions, distributor customer meets & seminars etc)
- Train and develop the sales force for Distributors for better management
- Implementation of Distributor Management system ( DMS ) with Distributors
- Prompt collection of payments and closely monitor and control payment receivables.
- Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding market developments, Competitor information's
- Maintains contact with all customers to ensure high levels of customers satisfaction
- Promote and increase brand awareness
- Self-development through training & constant learning process products, selling & management skills
- Provide technical support to distributor to gain volume from industry segment and guiding the Distributors Sales Representative (DSR)
Requirements
- A Bachelor's or Professional Degree in a Engineering or equivalent experience is preferred, as is a minimum of 5 years experience with adequate or strong knowledge of the local market, appreciated lubricants & automotive products and customers.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills, soft skills Excel, PowerPoint
- Presentable and ability to develop and work as a team
