The Role:
Assistant, Customer Service Operations works with the regional Customer Service teams and the Directors of Customer Service Operations to help keep the business running smoothly by performing administrative, reconciliation and customer service duties.
In this role you will:
Demonstrates a willingness to complete multiple responsibilities assigned in order to support the organization as a whole. You will help the Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) maintain relationships with their customers through (e.g.):
Downloading customer purchase orders from customer portals & pushing them to Entegris Sales Order Automation tool.
Adjusting SAP delivery dates upon request & updating customer portals accordingly.
Issuing & sending newly updated Sales Order Acknowledgements to customers.
Utilizing SAP & Power BI to export data as needed to build custom reports & update customer portals.
Preparing customer mandated spreadsheets and delivery reports.
Preparing and sending customer mandated documents to customers.
Preparing and sending conformance/analysis certificates to customers.
Issuing daily consignment stock billing.
Printing customized labels from customer portals.
Performing any tasks that will allow Customer Service Representatives to focus on their primary responsibilities & customer facing activities.

Bachelors Degree in any related field.
Minimum one (1) year experience using SAP.
Ease of use of business digital applications.
Ability to run reports and export data in excel.
Previous international experience and cultural awareness.
Ability to communicate effectively with others in English (written and oral).
Ability to work in a busy and dynamic environment.
Excellent organizational skills to coordinate task completions timely and effectively.
Detailed-oriented.
