Primary Responsibilities Manage the full sets of cost control and perform month-end closing activities within the given timeline.
Prepare and provide financial information such as monthly reports, budget and cash flow projections, financial reports, and other related matters for management review upon request.
Assist in external/internal audits and annual physical inventory count.
Provide support related to costing/inventory for other finance teams.
Supervise respective Finance sections and ensure timely submission of all related reports and compliance to policy & procedures
To coordinate with other departments in matters affecting cost reduction and control.
Conducts half yearly inventory taking of Operating Equipment, Laundry/ linen etc.
Be aware of the hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management
Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Management

Diploma/Degree in Accounting / Finance
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity
Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and relevant accounting systems
Candidate must experienced in full finance operation and cost control
Strong leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and customer contact skills
Results and service oriented with an eye for details
Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
