Job Description

Handle QS job scope from pre to post contract activities.

Responsible to propose preliminary for project requirement, preparing breakdown cost, Project Tenders, Cost and Budget Planning, progress claim and final account.

To attend meeting such as tender interview, site valuation, negotiation with client or main contractor with all kind of matter related to project.

Responsible to train, lead and supervise QS department

To interact with project team, sub con, main con and client.
  • REQUIREMENTS:*

Possess Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.

At least 5 year(s) working experience in related field or experience working in stainless steel or metal industry is an advantage.

Good knowledge with Contract Agreement, Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Good Leadership, problem solving skill, negotiation skills, high teamwork spirit and able to interact with project team, sub-contractor and clients.
