What is your mission
  • Design, revise, implement and govern robust quality assurance on policies and processes for HR practices to uphold standards and compliance to company-wide framework, country regulations and industry standards
  • Key person on all HR related audits and assessments to monitor the effectiveness of HR governance practices and areas of improvement and the main liaison for government and/or authority body related matters
  • Facilitate and foster collaborative communication channels to ensure alignment between HR stakeholders, operation departments, site senior management, global stakeholders and external clients
  • Oversee Office Safety and Compliance Account function, cross functional Safety and Health Committee to ensure optimum compliance readiness within site operations
  • Lead the delivery of HR Risk Management, to be responsible for identifying and articulating risks, design and propose controls and formulating risk mitigation action plans
  • Ensure HR complies with all laws, regulations and statutory requirements (Health and Safety, Country Legislation, Employment Act etc.) and keep up to date with changes in employment laws and regulations.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Preferably with 6-7 years working experience in a related field is ideal for this position.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, key processes across employee lifecycle, HR best practises and legislations
  • Possesses investigative and analytical working nature with the ability to articulate complex concepts into practical solutions
  • Effective communicator with strong presentation skills, experience in liaising with and influencing senior management stakeholders and clients
