Job description1) Familiar with MBRS, MyCoid, Ezbiz,SSM4u, Stamping(LHDN) and other work related to Companies Act 2016
2) Able to advice client pertaining company incorporation procedure and requirement.
3) Atleast 3-5 years working experience in Secretarial field.
4) Preparing resolution, minutes, updating statutory file and record.
5) Familiar with Microsoft Office
6) Fluent in English and Malay, proficient in other languange is preferred.
7) Can assist Secretary in all aspect of Secretarial duties.
