Job Requirements
- Possess a Diploma / Degree in Corporate Administration, Business
Administration / Professional Qualification or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in company secretarial firm.
Familiar with the provisions of the Companies Act 2016 and SSM regulations.- Familiar with Microsoft Word, MYCOID and MBRS system and Superior
Comsec (an added advantage).- Have a good sense of responsibility, good interpersonal communication skills,
problem solving and team player.- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good working attitude and willingness to learn.
Job Descriptions
- To assist in preparing resolutions, minutes and statutory documents.
To assist in preparing statutory documents, annual return and all other documents
in accordance with Companies Act 2016 for submission to SSM.- To maintain and update secretarial records and registers.
To ensure all statutory documents and any relevant documents are prepared and
submit accordingly.
- To undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
