Deal efficiently and courteously with all guests complaint and request.- Ensure use right channel when advising or requesting items / services for guests.
Ensure attend all communications meetings.
- Effect fast and efficient monitoring and follow up of guest requests.
To be fully conversant with the Hotel Emergency and Evacuation procedures.- Accurately take Room Service orders, Restaurant reservations and any other guest requests.
To be fully conversant with manual department procedures to be used in the event of the Hotels systems being off-line.
- _This position includes night shift work as well as early and late shifts on a rotating basis._
Must know all Hotel products and services and actively recommend to our guests.- Ensure that there is a thorough hand over at the completion of each shift.
Ensure all call centre correspondence is completed within 24 hours
