- Supporting Bar Operations:
Overseeing Daily Operations: Assisting the Bar Manager in managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Supervising Staff: Supervising bartenders, servers, and other bar staff, ensuring they perform their duties efficiently.
Maintaining Standards: Ensuring that all staff adhere to company standards for service, hygiene, and safety.
- 2. Managing Inventory and Supplies:
Stock Management:
Monitoring and managing bar inventory, ensuring that all necessary supplies (e.g., alcohol, mixers, glassware) are well-stocked.
Ordering Supplies:
Placing orders for stock and supplies as needed, maintaining relationships with suppliers.
Inventory Control:
Conducting regular inventory checks and managing stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- 3. Customer Service and Experience:
Ensuring Excellent Service: Maintaining high standards of customer service, ensuring guests have a positive experience.
Handling Complaints: Addressing and resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Engaging with Customers: Interacting with customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- 4. Staff Training and Development:
Training Staff:
Assisting in training new staff members, ensuring they understand the bars procedures, menu, and service standards.
Mentoring and Coaching:
Providing ongoing coaching and feedback to staff to improve performance and service quality.
Scheduling:
Assisting in creating staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours and events.
Monitoring Sales: Tracking daily sales and ensuring that financial targets are met or exceeded.
Assisting with Budgeting: Supporting the Bar Manager in budgeting, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.
Cash Handling: Overseeing cash management, including daily cashing up, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
- 6. Compliance and Safety:
Health and Safety:
Ensuring the bar complies with health and safety regulations, including food safety, alcohol service laws, and cleanliness standards.
Licensing Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with all licensing laws and regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
- 7. Event and Promotion Management:
Planning Events: Assisting in planning and executing special events, promotions, and themed nights to attract customers.
Marketing Support: Working with the Bar Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies to increase business.
- 8. Reporting and Communication:
Reporting to Bar Manager:
Providing regular updates to the Bar Manager on staff performance, customer feedback, sales, and inventory.
Team Communication:
Facilitating communication between management and staff, ensuring everyone is informed about promotions, changes, and expectations.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate staff.
Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and ensure the smooth operation of the bar.
Financial Acumen: Understanding of basic financial principles, including budgeting, sales tracking, and cost control.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle issues quickly and efficiently, including staff disputes or customer complaints.
Knowledge of Drinks: Good knowledge of alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and bar operations.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
