As an Assistant Area Manager, you will support the Area Manager in overseeing operations and ensuring efficiency within the designated geographical area. You will play a key role in managing resources, implementing policies, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Assist the Area Manager in planning and implementing strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Responsible for the several outlets/counters daily operation. e.g. sales, marketing strategy, stock management, merchandise, manpower etc to meet companys sales goals.
To manage fairs/exhibitions setup and tear down until its success.- Responsible for new outlet/counter opening, set up and preparation
Monitor daily operations and address potential issues proactively.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency across all departments.
Collaborate with the Area Manager to develop and implement training programs for staff.- Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members and provide constructive feedback.
Manage budgets and allocate resources appropriately.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.- Prepare regular reports for upper management on area performance and progress.
Ad Hoc tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time
Min. SPM Certificate, Diploma in Business / Retail Operation or related field of study.
- At least 2-3 years of Retail Operation experience in handling several outlets/ counters.
Possess good leadership and problem-solving skill.- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
