Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in day-to-day general administration and clerical works, such as, responding to email and phone calls, etc.
  • Prepare invoices, credit notes, purchase orders, branch-delivery orders, and other related documentations
  • Perform and handle receiving and shipment related tasks
  • Handle daily bank in and cash collection related tasks
  • Assist to monitor employees attendance
  • Maintain and upkeep proper filing and documentation
  • Any ad hoc tasks assigned by Superior

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Can speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Data entry experience
  • Good attitude and willingness to learn
