Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for all office administrative duties.
  • Provide day to day administrative support.
  • Assist in compiling month end reports.
  • Routine database updating and maintain proper filling system.
  • Undertake other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management as and when required.

Job Requirements

  • Possess SPM/STPM/Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Mandarin would be an advantage.
  • Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Able to multi-task and work independently.
