Job Description:- Manage full sets of accounts.
Prepare monthly Accrual-Trade & Non-Trade/ Accrual-Sub con/Prepayment.- Prepare monthly calculation for realized/ unrealized forex.
Prepare monthly Stock Reconciliation - quantity/ value/ revaluation.
- Prepare monthly Stock Revaluation report.
Prepare monthly system stock adjustment (NCR).- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial & management reports and analysis.
Prepare yearly forecast and budgets reports.
- Prepare GST, import duty, withholding tax and corporate income tax return.
Ensure timely and accurate financial closing and compliance to local statutory requirements and accounting standards.- Liase with external parties, e.g., auditors, tax agents, government authorities etc.
Others ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Finance and/ or equivalent fields
At least 3 years of experience in handling full set of accounts
- Familiar with Accounting procedure and knowledge in local Accounting Standard and Tax laws.
Knowledge in Navision ERP
Accounting System is preferred.- Proficient in MS Office suite especially MS Excel (Pivot, V-Lookup) and PowerPoint.
