  • Handle full set of accounts.

  • Prepare monthly management accounts (including supporting schedules).

  • Prepare annual budgets and quarterly review.

  • Familiar in AR & AP procedures and data entries.

  • Prepare account reconciliations, journal entries and bank reconciliations.

  • Prepare of electronic fund transfer and payment to vendor.

  • Perform periodical stock count and reconciliations.

  • Investigation of discrepancies and errors.

  • Work closely with different departments as part of the process.

  • Handle and liaise with external and internal auditors.

  • Perform ad-hoc work or participate in projects assigned by the management.
  • Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional/Degree/ Diploma in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications, strong command of Excel, and accounting system software.

  • Meticulous, responsible, good initiatives, and a team player.

  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-motivated, highly organized and able to work within timeframes set

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
