Job Duties:
- Prepare monthly management accounts for the group and its subsidiaries, adhering to accounting standards, as well as group policies and procedures.
Conduct in-depth analysis and monitoring of the Group's performance, identifying issues and proposing effective solutions to management.- Evaluate financial risks and recommend preventive measures to safeguard the financial health of the organization.
Investigate and rectify any financial discrepancies that may arise.
- Develop and present budgets, annual reports, and strategic financial plans.
Generate monthly Group cashflow estimates and annual tax estimations, overseeing necessary revisions.- Implement tax planning strategies to ensure compliance and optimize financial results.
Collaborate with external auditors, internal auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other professional consultants.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering skill development through coaching and timely feedback.
Ensure team members are aligned with organizational KPIs.
Requirements:- Knowledge in full set account
At least 2-4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Bachelors degree in finance/ accounting and / or Professional Qualifications (ACCA/CIMA/CPA)
Ability to multi-task, a good working attitude, able to work independently and as a team attention to details and work under pressure Candidates with experience working in manufacturing environment will have an added advantage
- Able to articulate clearly in both written and spoken English
