Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in day-to-day financial transactions, including issuing invoices, posting, and recording payment from clients into accounting system.
  • Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments.
  • Reconcile collection accounts to ensure all payments are accurately applied and to maintain an outstanding deposit listing.
  • Work closely with other related department to resolve billing/collection issues and discrepancies.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date accounting records in the accounting system.
  • To handle any ad-hoc that assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting/LCCI or equivalent
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Prior experience in related fields will be an added advantage.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Able to speak and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
