Job Description

Job descriptions:

  • Handle Corporate Action event
  • Prepare proxy form for voting instruction
  • Checking announcement from Bursa Malaysia & FAST website
  • Process payment and input announcement into system
  • Liaise with Company Registrar to confirm the details of announcement / arrange for form collection/ request for replacement of tax voucher and etc
  • Sorting, matching, photocopy tax vouchers and send to client on timely basis
  • Filing
  • Open, sorting, segregate, and reading mails/letters

Requirements of a candidate:

No specific requirement as training will be provided. However, candidates with corporate action knowledge will be given preference.

Tenure of the contract - 6 months (Non-renewable)
