Asset & Inventory Assistant Manager

The Asset & Inventory Assistant Manager is responsible for managing Capital Equipment Inventory & Assets under finance (Lift Trucks, Batteries, Chargers, Attachments, Accessories, Plant & Equipment).

The Key focus for this position is to ensure monthly stocks takes across our Assets & CE Inventory undertaken, reconciled, and reported to ensure the appropriate internal controls are being followed to achieve zero losses across our fixed assets & inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Assets Optimization, Utilization & Profitability
• Inventory Reporting
• Manage CE Stock-take Processes
• Drive Continued Inventory Improvement
• Second- Hand Sales Stock
• Manage Scrap Processes
• Complete ad hoc tasks as directed, and project-based work as required to improve operational performance and efficiencies across Asset & Inventory.
• Ensure all tasks completed within the set timeframes.

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma or equivalent with 2 4 years experience in MHE industry, Asset management, Rental, Battery and Inventory Control.
• Knowledge of AS400
• Advanced Excel knowledge.
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to start work immediately is an added advantage.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.
