Job Responsibility
Production Planning & Scheduling
- Evaluate customer orders and create production schedules using ERP systems.
- Prioritize and plan production operations to maximize performance and minimize downtime.
- Monitor execution of the production plan and resolve potential issues.
Resource Management
- Ensure availability of resources (manpower, equipment, materials) for production requirements.
- Track and estimate inventory levels, coordinating with purchasing when materials are low.
Team Leadership & Supervision
- Manage, motivate, and coach production staff, providing job training and addressing performance issues.
Quality Control & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor product quality and implement improvement measures.
- Work closely with Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), R&D, and other departments on production and safety activities.
Safety & Compliance
- Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with safety regulations and 5S activities.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate production logs and generate performance, output, and quality reports.
- Ensure data accuracy in the ERP system, including stock counts and cycle counts.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma
- Must be able to communicate in Mandarin
- 3 years minimum experience in Manufacturing
- Strong in leadership ; local and foreign worker
- Pro-active and able to work in tight schedule.
