Responsibilities
- Analyse and initiate solution in microcircuit assembly process issue for yield improvement.
- Assist in engineering and quality documentation
Qualifications
Undergraduate in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Material/Chemical/Industrial engineering or related technical courses. IT/computer engineering will be added advantage.
