Assembler

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for the assembly, inspection, re-work and modification on various assemblies while maintaining a high level of quality.

• RESPONSIBILITIES:

Report to duty and perform task with acceptable level of quality required - guided by MPI and instruction by PIC

• Perform any work within manufacturing department scope with training and instruction given.

Able to perform self- quality check.

• Support overtime and perform ad-hoc task whenever requires.

• REQUIREMENTS:

SPM and above

• At least one (1) years experience.

Basic Experience on power tools such as grinder, power drill and etc.

• Able to understand basic English communication - to understand MPI and Checksheet.

To perform task as instructed and to achieve efficiency of 85%.

• Physically fit to perform heavy job occasionally.

Work in a shop environment with a medium level noise and metal dust particles.al dust particles.
