JOB DESCRIPTION:- At least 3 years of experience in a senior position related to AS400 system
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.- Hands-on technical expertise in programming/scripting languages: PowerShell / AS400 RPG /RPGLE, CL/CLLE, SQL
Experience in developing RPG/AS400 banking back-office systems or related platforms.
- Working experience in securities brokerage or investment banking industry is an added advantage.
Possess a high level of integrity, takes accountability and displays practical teamwork Good interpersonal and communication skills, and able to maintain confidentiality at all
- To develop and maintain in-house software for our back office system.
Provides guidance, technical support and solutions to the business operation.- Responsible for end-to-end software development and support for all work, which
includes analysis, design, development, implementation, testing and support.
- Responsible for adhering to the quality assurance based on the Bank-defined software
delivery methodology and tools.- Design and assess the program functionality of different elements, including
documentation.
- Draft test scenarios, and perform testing procedures to detect software bugs or glitches.
Provide level 2 incident support as reported by users.- Prepare program documentation ie. system specification, and functional specification.
Provide data extraction and ad-hoc reporting services.
