We are seeking an experienced AS 400 Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in the job market context of SEA and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of AS 400 development. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications on the AS 400 platform. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications on the AS 400 platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure compliance with standards
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications
• Ensure all code is thoroughly tested and meets functional and non-functional requirements
• Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in AS 400 development

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in AS 400 development
• Proficiency in RPG, CL, and DB2/400
• Experience with modernization tools such as ASNA Visual RPG and LANSA
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
