We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer specializing in Generative AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to design, develop and deploy advanced AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, fine-tune and deploy LLM and Generative AI systems that cater to business needs, including automatic generation of text, Gherkin scenarios and test cases
- Evaluate the pros and cons of different NLP approaches and Generative AI platforms with comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Continuously monitor model performance and retrain models as necessary to improve the accuracy and robustness
- Perform research and stay updated on the latest advancements in Generative AI technologies
- Develop AI/ML solution design documents based on the problem definition outlined in the Jira tickets
- Create clear and concise documentation for models, experiments and processes to ensure knowledge sharing
- Act as a coach to help peers and junior team members in building their AI/ML expertise
Qualifications
- Bachelor/ Master/ PhD in Data Science/Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science or related roles, with a strong focus on Generative AI models
- Hands-on experience with LLM/GenAI including RAG, Vector DB, Embedding, Fine Tuning and Prompt Tuning
- Proficiency in Python programming, deep learning framework (eg TensorFlow,PyTorch) and NLP libraries (eg Hugging Face, spaCy)
- Familiarity with DevSecOps platforms such as GitLab and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Experience in test automation tool is a plus
