Job Description

  • Creative Leadership: Lead and direct the creative vision for each event, setting the tone for visual style, design elements, and ambiance.
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of designers, guiding them through the creative process and ensuring that all visuals are of the highest quality.
  • Concept Development: Collaborate with clients to develop event themes and visual concepts, considering branding guidelines, target audience, and event objectives.
  • Art Direction: Provide art direction on-site during event setup to ensure that visuals, lighting, staging, and decor meet the creative standards.
  • Client Presentation: Present creative ideas, storyboards, and design mock-ups to clients, adjusting concepts based on feedback.
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors (AV teams, set designers, print shops) to bring creative ideas to life, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
  • Quality Control: Maintain quality control throughout all design stages, ensuring that deliverables are consistent with the brand's visual guidelines.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage creative budgets and timelines, ensuring that projects are delivered within scope and on schedule.

Masters/ Post Graduate, PhD/ Doctorate, Diploma, Bachelors/ Degree
