Responsibilities
Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements
Advise clients on leading practices and recommend best-practice processes and functions
Design target state SAP solutions for clients. Influence clients thinking in adopting leading/ standard practices while developing target state
Analyze application landscape to design interfaces to SAP solution
Perform system configuration and tests
Lead the consultant and client teams through the implementation cycle including planning and execution of testing, migration and cutover.
Support change management execution by developing training material, delivering training and supporting users post cutover.
Deliver projects involving SAP Ariba solutions (using agile delivery methodologies across different process areas.
Qualifications
Good understanding of SAP implementation methodology.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP ARIBA upstream (Supplier LifeCycle Management (SLP) and Sourcing), completed at least 3 end to end full life Ariba cycle implementations
Project implementation experience in construction industry will be an added advantage.
Project implementation experience with SAP Ariba integration with S/4HANA or SAP ECC is highly regarded.
CIG knowledge will be an added advantage.
Implementation of Ariba APIs will be an added advantage.
Strong communication skills to interact with relevant stakeholders.
Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions.
Familiar with project methodology and tools.
Team player in a culturally diversified environment.
Willing to learn/cross train to keep abreast of technology trends.
Able to work independently and escalate when necessary.
Constantly updating yourself about new offerings from SAP as well as market conditions
