About The Job
You will be reporting to the National Sales Manager - General Trade
Job Responsibilities
- You will need to ensure effective distributor management and development
- You will need to deliver and implement all of the sales & distribution strategies of the company
- You will be responsible to lead your team towards achieving the agreed Company's set annual sales, market share and profitability objectives
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive sales and revenue growth.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Distributor Management, Lower Trade and General Trade Business in an FMCG environment
- Effective communicator, strong in stakeholder management, analytics & good business planning
- Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
