Align and motivate sales team to achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) objectives while building capability for future growth with a passion for front line execution
Participate on sales team, contracting the support required for the respective areas and providing feedback for continuous improvement
Redeploy local resources, on a short-term basis to take advantage of changing business opportunities with the alignment with the agent
Maintain physical presence in the market to recognize good performance and frontline needs
Support/sponsor HR tools for building management capability
Build and maintain customer relationship with the market
Optimize the utilization of working capital mainly cash and accounts receivables and balancing customer relationship to continuously promote greater sales and profit within the boundaries of sound credit practices for both the company and outlets
Review progress versus objectives at weekly meetings and takes corrective action as appropriate
Ensure clear communication and maintain adherence to pricing and promotions & Asset maintenance
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience and with minimum 1-2 years of managerial experience with proven achievement in prior employment
Previous experience in business planning and strategy within a fast moving and high performing organization is preferred
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Good understanding of organizational matrix and diverse environment is highly preferred
Independent and resourceful team player with good interpersonal skill and ability to deal with all levels of people
Result-oriented, committed and able to work under pressure
Thorough knowledge of business strategy development and performance management
High enthusiasm, strong project management and execution ability
