About The Job
This role reports to Operations Manager & Regional Manager
Key Accountabilities
- Responsible in managing multiple outlet operations
- Responsible in forecasting the outlet sales performance & outlet costing (P&L)
- Responsible for recruiting, training and developing team to be at their best
- Monitor and manage internal audit according to Halal and HACCP requirements
- Controlling outlet operational cost.
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary education
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in F&B chain
- Great communication skills & analytical thinking
- Leadership skills
