Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations of multiple outlets in district areas
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations- Lead, motivate, and empower staff to maximize customer satisfaction to ensure continuous business growth
Monitor and manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control expenses
- Recruit, train, and develop outlet leaders and staff
Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to improve employee performance- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner
Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and improve financial performance
- Analyze sales reports, financial statements, and performance metrics to drive profitability
Identify market trends and opportunities for growth- Ensure all outlets adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards
Address and resolve any operational issues or discrepancies
- Performs other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management
Diploma/ Degree in Business Management or any related fields
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in the related field
Able to work in a fast-paced environment- Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills
A valuable team player and able to work independently
- Strong leadership and team management skills
Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay- Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Possess own transport and willing to travel
