Oversee a group of stores and work with a respective downline to develop and implement short-term and long-term tactical plans in line with the company's strategies- Regular monitoring of store sales and ensuring goals and expectations are achieved
Lead, motivate, and empower staff to maximize customer satisfaction, and business results and ensure continuous business growth
- Responsible to ensure store visual layout and projection are in compliance with SOP, well organized and properly merchandised
Analysis of the market to identify expansion opportunities within the area- Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in retail operations management
Great leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Resourceful, able to work independently and under pressure
Self-motivated, with a positive attitude, and able to interact with all levels of people and motivate others- A team player with good problem-solving skills and possess high degree of integrity
