You will lead, mentor, and develop people to achieve operational excellence and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
You will oversee the operations of different brands within the area. You are responsible in ensuring that each outlet meets company standards for quality, service, and profitability. Key responsibilities include:
- Leadership and Team Development:
Provide strong leadership and guidance to outlet managers and the teams.- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Recruit, train, and develop outlet managers and staff to ensure high performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure all outlets operate efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with operational guidelines.- Draft and implement SOPs for all aspects of operations to standardize practices across all locations and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Ensure that the outlet delivers exceptional customer service.- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
Promote a customer-centric culture across all outlets.
Develop and manage budgets for the outlets.
- Monitor sales, expenses, and profitability to meet financial targets.
Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute local marketing initiatives.- Drive sales and promotional activites with the CEO to increase revenue.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Oversee supply chain operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure best pricing and quality
Implement strategies to optimize supply chain processes and reduce costs.
Assist in R&D process for creating innovative beverage and hot food options that resonate with the target customers.
Minimum 3 5 years of experience in F&B industry, preferably a beverage industry- Previous experience as a Project Manager (F&B), Outlet Manager, or have held operations-related roles
Gained experience in specific areas like new outlets setup, menu development, SOP development, service, training, hospitality management, led multiple outlets within a chain, and/or managed regional operations
Knowledge in most of the following: Food safety, leadership, process optimization, scheduling, staffing, menu development, supply chain management, Halal management and/or implementation, franchising business, budgeting and costing,
Entrepreneurial spirit- Planning and organizing with good time management
