You will lead, mentor, and develop people to achieve operational excellence and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:

You will oversee the operations of different brands within the area. You are responsible in ensuring that each outlet meets company standards for quality, service, and profitability. Key responsibilities include:
  • Leadership and Team Development:
Provide strong leadership and guidance to outlet managers and the teams.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Recruit, train, and develop outlet managers and staff to ensure high performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Operational Excellence:
Ensure all outlets operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with operational guidelines.
  • Draft and implement SOPs for all aspects of operations to standardize practices across all locations and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Customer Service:
Ensure that the outlet delivers exceptional customer service.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
Promote a customer-centric culture across all outlets.
  • Financial Management:
Develop and manage budgets for the outlets.
  • Monitor sales, expenses, and profitability to meet financial targets.
Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
  • Marketing and Sales:
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute local marketing initiatives.
  • Drive sales and promotional activites with the CEO to increase revenue.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Supply Chain Management:
Oversee supply chain operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure best pricing and quality
Implement strategies to optimize supply chain processes and reduce costs.
  • R&D:
Assist in R&D process for creating innovative beverage and hot food options that resonate with the target customers.

  • Requirements:
Minimum 3 5 years of experience in F&B industry, preferably a beverage industry
  • Previous experience as a Project Manager (F&B), Outlet Manager, or have held operations-related roles
Gained experience in specific areas like new outlets setup, menu development, SOP development, service, training, hospitality management, led multiple outlets within a chain, and/or managed regional operations

  • Competencies Required
Knowledge in most of the following: Food safety, leadership, process optimization, scheduling, staffing, menu development, supply chain management, Halal management and/or implementation, franchising business, budgeting and costing,

You will learn and directly under the guidance of COO and Group COO who have a strong and powerful background in the F&B industry in local and overseas landscapes.
