Ensure that the operational outlet team can deliver highest quality products and highest financial return.
Develop, implement and evaluate systems of control, developing and updating standards.
Responsible for enforcing the agreed brands standards for each outlet by conducting and managing monthly audits.
Oversee the planning and execution of special events to ensure success.
Ensure relevant information is passed on to the Outlets Managers and Supervisors.
Work with the human resources department to improve the people
Develop and monitor outlets in obtaining the highest standards of service and customer care and will take responsibility the training, development and monitoring of performance of all staff.
Ensure all administration procedures are accurately completed.
Responsible for developing budgets, sales targets, control costs and for purchasing stock.
Work closely with the Outlet Managers to ensure correct stock levels are available at all times.
Manage and monitor expenditure and budget setting
Create and operate within efficient labor budgets, tracking labor spending and providing input regarding capital projects and initiatives.

Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
Strong command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
At least 3-4 Year(s) of hands-on experience in sales and retail operation management in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
