Coordinate all architecture - interior design activities, including the development and review of design concepts, plans, and specifications.- Liaise with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that interior design elements are accurately integrated into construction activities.
Ensure that all interior design elements comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and project specifications.
- Oversee the preparation and review of interior design drawings, plans, and specifications.
Track drawing revisions related to interior design and maintain accurate records of correspondence.- Assist in the preparation of interior design submissions and ensure timely approvals.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensuring that interior design intent is maintained throughout the construction process.
- Identify and address any design-related issues or discrepancies on-site, working closely with the construction team to resolve them.
Act as the primary point of contact between the interior design team and other project stakeholders.- Provide regular updates to the management team on interior design progress, changes, and any potential risks or issues.
Facilitate coordination meetings to discuss project timelines, deliverables, and design challenges.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all interior design-related documents, including drawings, revisions, correspondence, and approvals.
