Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in analysing data related to the entire process from parcel pick up to final delivery, helping identify areas for improvement and risk minimization.
- Ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures across various logistics processes.
- Assist in conducting internal audits to monitor operational efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
- Help prepare reports and presentations using MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) to provide insights and updates for stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance quality management and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field (Quality Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related).
- Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or distribution business scenarios is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages is an advantage.
- Energetic, determined, and proactive with a strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Some experience or coursework related to quality assurance, supply chain, or logistics management.
