We are now looking for an experienced Application Support Duty Engineer to join out team to support us.
This role will need to be able to support SEA time zone (ideal candidate will be within UTC+6 to +10)
Requirements
What you'll be doing
- Works closely with support and engineering teams on customer support escalations for incident management, troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution
- Collaborate and communicate with support teams, product management, and internal engineering teams regarding status of incidents, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and customer status
- Work hands-on to reproduce technical issues, identifying root cause through troubleshooting and code analysis (where possible), and providing a report to engineering for deep-dive analysis and resolution management
Your skills:
- Strong analytical and technical hands-on problem solving skills (using ELK, SQL, Devtools)
- Comfortable engaging with customers and internal stakeholders in both written and spoken form
- Ability to effectively and clearly communicate and explain technical concepts and uncovered issues/bugs
- Knowledge of systems such as Jira and Confluence for bug tracking and customer case management
- Broad experience that spans Linux, networking, storage, and ideally virtualised (e.g. KVM) and containerised (e.g. Kubernetes) infrastructure
- Experience in programming languages such as Python, C#
- Using empirical analysis, modelling and testing methodologies to validate product designs and specifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; B2 or higher mastery in English,

- Mandarin knowledge will be added advantage
