Requirements
Must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or related. Minimum 3 years experience as Application Supporter or Report builder. Excellent SQL skills for IBM DB2 and MS SQL database. Worked on Crystal Report or Power BI is added advantage. Ability to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge Good verbal and written communication skills Listening ability and paOence Good customer service and relationship management experience. Independent and able to work in team. Self-learn ability
