Must have basic knowledge of AS400 and COBOL; to work on Application support for apps written on Cobol, investigation and troubleshooting.
High level roles & responsibility:
This L1 Support to have 24*7 standby to receive any incident calls from EOC or client,
L1 Support needs to perform 1st level check and work on application first level resolution or escalate to L2 App Support for any complex or critical issue.
Cases that not related to AS400 application, they will need to escalate to other teams (eg, technical support or network support).
ThisL1 Support also to assist on some day-to-day support tasks, eg UAT testing support, inquiry response or work on CR/fixes
Nationality-Any should be willing to relocate
